What if I want changes?
2 rounds of revisions are included. Open your order, click "Request a revision" and tell us what to change.
What should I send?
Clear photos of the product from a few angles, your logo, and a clear description. A link to an ad or song you like helps a lot.
Who owns the result?
You may use the delivered files for your own business marketing — your website, social accounts, ads and email. Only send photos and materials you own or have permission to use.
How do I pay?
One-time payment when you place the order — no subscription. If your Shopify store is connected, the charge appears on your Shopify bill.
How do I get my video or song?
We email you a private link to your order page, where you can watch and download the files.
How do monthly plans work?
Monthly content is billed every month and renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month. If your Shopify store is connected, monthly content is sold as a prepaid 30-day pack that you renew from your order page. Unused deliveries don't carry over to the next month.
What is the brand kit?
Save your logo, colors, fonts, tone of voice and do's and don'ts once, plus the look of the model you want in your videos. Every order can use it, so all your videos stay consistent.
