Do I need to upload anything?
No. With autopilot on, new products are picked up automatically. You can also create videos manually from any photos you own.
Will it change my store?
No. ClipMyProduct only reads product data. It never edits your products, theme or orders.
Which images are used?
The images on the product in your store. You confirm you have the rights to them when you turn on autopilot or create a video.
What happens when I uninstall?
Autopilot stops immediately and your store access token is deleted. Shop data is erased when Shopify requests it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from the billing portal.
What counts as a video?
Each new video counts once against your monthly limit. Re-rendering an existing video is free.
